Sportevrica Terms of Use

1. General

1.1. These Terms govern access to https://sportevrica.com, user accounts, free features and paid PRO Access.

1.2. Paid subscriptions are additionally governed by the Public Offer. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

1.3. By using the Service, the User confirms that they act lawfully, have the required legal capacity and are not located in a jurisdiction where use of such analytics is prohibited.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1. The Service displays statistics, probabilistic estimates, predictive models, bookmaker odds lines and analytics materials for football matches.

2.2. Service materials are not financial, investment, betting, legal or other professional advice. The User independently evaluates whether materials are suitable for their purposes.

2.3. Probability does not mean a guaranteed outcome. Actual results may differ due to sports randomness, source data errors, lineup changes, injuries, weather, referee decisions and other factors.

3. Account and Security

3.1. Some features require registration by email/password or via a supported OAuth provider, such as Google.

3.2. The User is responsible for protecting their password, device, email and authorization token. Actions made from the account are deemed User actions unless proven otherwise.

3.3. The User must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].

4. Free and Paid Access

4.1. Free access may be limited by number of leagues, prediction markets, statistics depth and other features.

4.2. PRO Access provides an extended feature set for the paid period. Features may evolve, but an already paid user should not be deprived of basic PRO access without a reason stated in the Offer or required by law.

4.3. The Provider may change free access limits, interface, data sources, algorithms and Service sections.

5. Prohibited Use

5.1. The User must not:

• transfer, sell, rent or share the account;
• copy, scrape, bulk export or resell data without written permission;
• publish closed PRO materials publicly;
• bypass technical limits, authorization, access limits or payment mechanisms;
• use bots, scrapers or load testing without Provider consent;
• upload malicious code, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized data access;
• use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, third-party rights violations or circumvention of sanctions/payment restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The interface, texts, structure, data selections, calculations, models, design, logos and other Service elements belong to the Provider or are used lawfully.

6.2. The User receives a limited, non-transferable right to personally use the Service. No exclusive rights are transferred.

6.3. Citation of public materials is allowed only with an active link to Sportevrica and without implying partnership or endorsement.

7. Third-Party Services and Data

7.1. The Service may use sports data providers, payment providers, email providers, OAuth providers, hosting and other technical services.

7.2. The Provider does not control third-party terms or availability. Their outages, fees, restrictions, currency conversion, blocks and terms changes may affect Sportevrica.

8. Access Restriction

8.1. The Provider may restrict access in case of Terms or Offer violations, legal violations, suspected fraud, security risk, chargeback, payment dispute or competent authority request.

8.2. In case of a material violation, paid access may be terminated without refund for the unused period to the extent permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers

9.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, full data accuracy, meeting User expectations or any commercial result.

9.2. The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on Service materials, including betting-related decisions, if applicable.

10. Changes

10.1. The Provider may update these Terms. A new version is effective upon publication on the website unless a later date is specified.

10.2. Continued use of the Service after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
